In late 2006, Your.com commenced building a website facility for DIC to service our customers – which we refer to as the Value Services Facility. This had been an ongoing project for some time. However, in an extremely short space of time, Your.com created, built and implemented the solution required.

Your.com have created an extremely useful tool for DIC in the Value Services website facility, whereby we have an online system for account management throughout the various customer groups we work with. Typically a customer will have multiple sites – throughout both Australia and New Zealand. This system allows both DIC and our customers to have real-time information and feedback on what’s happening.

In mid 2007, in recognition of the service, support and technical skills that Your.com had provided, DIC also transitioned full support of our Corporate Website facility to Your.com for complete management.

Your.com have proven themselves to be exceptionally professional and technically sound and competent. They are extremely responsive to our requirements – particularly our ad-hoc requests for implementing changes.
