DIC Australia engaged Your.com to provide a complex web-based system to manage their operations and customer interactions. The scope of our brief was:

  • To provide a online system for account management throughout the various customer groups DIC serves. This system allows both DIC and their customers to have real-time information and feedback on what’s happening.
  • Provide CRM Tool to DIC users and clients based on Customer Groups and Sites
  • Provide a repository for reports, Industry news, open and archived items list based on company groups or sites.

  • Comprehensive DIC Admin and User functionality controlling access via permission settings

  • Add / edit and delete Groups, sites , users and Admins.
