You will need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem solving ability and a self motivating attitude where you can add value to the team and organisation alike.
If you also have AJAX (ASP.NET 3.5). JavaScript, MySQL, PHP, Dotnetnuke that would be viewed favourably.
